The Construction Crew Laborer is responsible for performing a wide range of physical tasks that are crucial to highway construction projects. This position involves working with construction crews and supervisors to maintain efficient and safe job site operations.

Key Responsibilities

Perform general construction-related labor tasks across all phases of highway construction.
Prepare, clean, and maintain construction job sites.
Safely use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and brooms.
Operate power tools (jackhammers, earth tampers, pavement breakers) under supervision.
Assist with traffic control and safety procedures as needed.

Job Requirements

Flexible availability – Primarily daytime shifts, Monday through Friday, but frequent Saturdays could be required with occasional Sunday and nighttime work required.
Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential.
Ability to effectively follow instructions from supervisors and senior crew members.
Prior asphalt or construction experience preferred but not required.
